Visit to the park and visual inspection of the park status and monitoring with the camera the stability and operation of the PV modules / frequency per 1 month)
Photovoltaic control
Front panel facsimile (scratch, color change) and rear view (connection box, cable insulation, tedlar surface damage) / frequency every 6 months.
Check clamp stability, aluminum frame bending and surface damage of aluminum profiles / frequency every 6 months.
Mounts
Check for serious damage with possible structural consequences / frequency every 6 months.
Check for surface damage and oxidation and take corrective action (cold spray galvanizing) / frequency every 6 months.
Construction stability / frequency check every 12 months.
Verification of beam curvature / frequency every 6 months.
Screw loosening check and tightening where necessary / frequency every 12 months.
D / C Current Cables
Check all connections for loosening or damage / frequency every 6 months.
Check cable on the support brackets for optical damage / frequency every 6 months.
Checking loose (hanging) cables and correcting them / frequency per 6 months.
Underground D / C and A / C Current Cables
Check all wiring for damage / frequency every 6 months.
Check for excessive strain / frequency every 6 months.
Piping and Wells
Check (visually) the leakproofness of the open ends. Add insulating foam or silicone if required / frequency every 6 months.
Check for water and humidity in wells and cleaning where needed / frequency every 6 months.
Inverters
Check for external damage / frequency every 6 months.
Check the screen for normal indications. In the event of a fault or warnings, all corrective actions (in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions / instructions of the inverter) / frequency every 6 months are taken.
Check all wiring for loose and loose connections / frequency every 6 months. Inspection and replacement, if necessary, of the ventilation filter / frequency every 24 months.
Check the time delays of the varistors and replace them if necessary / frequency every 6 months.
Inspection of switches, regulators and varistors for wear and normal operation / frequency every 6 months.
Check for damage to hazard labels / frequency every 6 months.

Electrical Panels
Check for external damage (scratches, corrosion and bending).
Check for internal damage to the panel (arc marks etc / frequency every 6 months. Check for water / humidity inside / frequency every 6 months.
Check all connections (incoming – outgoing cables) for loosening or wear / frequency every 6 months.
Check for fused D / C fuses and replace them if necessary / frequency every 6 months.
Covering the metal surfaces of the D / C fuses with a suitable lubricant for blade guards / frequency every 6 months.
Check the automatic breakers’ time delays and adjust them if necessary / frequency every 6 months.
Check the time delays of the varistors and replace them if necessary / frequency every 6 months.
Check the metering (energy analyzer) for correct indications / frequency every 6 months.
Check for damage to hazard labels / frequency every 6 months.
Measurement of Vmpp, Impp of each string (in operating conditions) / Frequency per 24 months.
Measurement of the insulation resistance of each string and field (measured at 1000V voltage with minimum acceptable value of 1MΩ) / frequency per 24 months. Checking the correct operation of the measuring equipment / frequency every 6 months.
Ground continuity test / frequency every 12 months.
Earthing / lightning protection system
Check for damage or corrosion to surface elements (connections to supports, etc.) / frequency every 24 months.
Check all ground / lightning conductors for loosening or wear / frequency every 6 months.
Measurement of earthing resistance (under dry conditions). Take corrective measures (addition of electrodes etc.) if the value is greater than 2Ω frequency every 12 months.
Check all earthing bars for damage or loosening / frequency every 6 months.
Transformer-relay (BASIC package)
Check oil level and possible leaks / frequency every 6 months.
Chemical oil check and replace where applicable / frequency every 12 months.
Dehumidifier control / frequency every 6 months.
General transformer control (external wear, cleaning with compressed air, wiring) / frequency every 6 months.
Oil pressure and temperature control / frequency every 12 months.
Fan operation / frequency control every 6 months.
Lighting / frequency control every 6 months.
Ground continuity / frequency check every 6 months.
Check switching material for possible interference / frequency every 6 months. Control of measuring systems / frequency every 6 months.
Ventilation test and air filter cleaning / frequency every 6 months.
Inspection of door latch mechanisms / frequency every 6 months.
Control of manual arm / disarm system operation / frequency every 6 months. Sensors
Visual inspection of all sensors and their wiring for damage and corrosion / frequency every 6 months.
Alarm, Secondary Loads and Others
Checking the alarm system including perimeter lighting / frequency every 24 months.
Check the functionality of the UPS system / frequency every 6 months.
Inspecting the state of the fire extinguishers (pressure, damage, etc.). Replacement where necessary / frequency every 6 months.
Infrastructure Facilities
Visual inspection of the perimeter fence (including the entrance door) for damage, loosening or corrosion.
Taking corrective actions where needed / frequency every 6 months.
